KEEK, “No Words”
“No Words” is a refreshing, upbeat and positive entry by Keek, a Canadian duo hailing from Ottawa, who are Conor Whitehead and Nathan Pearce. I happened to see Keek perform as an opening act at Mike Tompkins’ show in Toronto at Coda last August. While they did a great job at energizing the crowd, I really wasn’t feeling their songs at the time. Hearing and watching the video for “No Words” though signals an immense amount of growth and a bit of a revamp for Keek since that time. “No Words” is a radio-friendly slice of life that will send great vibes through the Spring and into the Summer. I like this engaging sound, keep up the great work, Keek! 🙂
