“Weight Off” is a top drawer collaboration between NYC’s The Disco Fries and busy Dutch producers Danny & Tariq. I’m focusing on the Club Mix here because if its impeccable progressive fusion of trance and house elements. While pure 90’s/early 2000’s trance is in big comeback mode, not too many artists marry it with another dance sub-genre. So just when you might think it’s another fun house rave up, along come these cool European-sounding synths which send the song off in a different and welcome direction.
